We are now looking for a Senior Security Technician who possesses great competence in security technology, acting as an expert in many areas, but who can also take informal leadership for junior colleagues and lead complex projects on-site at customer locations. You will belong to a team consisting of approximately 30 people, including service/security technicians, designers, and project managers.

About the Role

As a Senior Security Technician, you are one of the most technically knowledgeable in the team and function as an expert who takes command and leads more junior colleagues through projects focused on advanced security systems. You lead complex installations, drive technical projects, and ensure quality in every part of the delivery. The role involves responsibility for integrating, optimizing, and quality-assuring complex security solutions – always with the customer's needs in focus. Projects can range from two weeks to several months and cover all business areas such as alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire safety.

You work closely with both customers and technical teams, guide less senior colleagues, and are a central actor in the work of developing future solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and coordinate larger installation projects – from planning to commissioning
• Advanced troubleshooting and optimization of security systems
• Integrate and adapt various security solutions according to customer needs
• Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
• Ensure technical quality and documentation
• Train customers and conduct technical walkthroughs
• Contribute to the development of new working methods and solutions together with the rest of the technical team

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical competence and wants to take a leading role in advanced security projects. You are a person who combines expert knowledge with strong communication skills and thrives working both strategically and operationally.

Our requirements:

• Several years (5+ years) of experience in security technology and advanced installation
• In-depth competence in electronics, IT, or security systems
• Strong understanding of both hardware and software as well as IP-based systems
• Experience in leading projects and technical teams
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Certifications in security systems are meritorious

If you do not have several years of competence specifically in security technology, a background as a technician in advanced electronics is also of interest!

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and confident in making technical decisions. You are motivated by working with complex challenges and you are passionate about quality, precision, and creating first-class customer experiences.

OBS! The position involves some travel. Both around Stockholm and its surroundings, but sometimes to other parts of Sweden. Therefore, it is important that your life situation allows for travel and overnight stays in other places occasionally.

Employment Type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

Start Date: By agreement, considering notice periods

Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00
