About the Role

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our schools and preschools in the Stockholm region. Travel between our various units will be part of the role.

You are meticulous, structured, self-reliant, and have a knack for practical problem-solving. You maintain a high level of service and are sociable, as you will interact with both students and educators. You have good knowledge and experience of property maintenance or similar tasks. A valid B-class driver's license is required. A vocational training or previous experience in the construction industry is a merit. This position includes a work laptop and mobile phone. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Basic property maintenance and repairs
• Simple carpentry and improvement works
• Other common caretaker duties

Employment Type

This is a permanent position with 100% employment (Monday–Friday), starting as agreed. A six-month probationary period applies to this role.
