ChargeBuddy is now looking for a Technical Coordinator for Notification Management to take on a key role in our delivery process. Here, you will have significant responsibility for driving and ensuring the quality of the process towards electricity network operators, ensuring that every case is handled efficiently, correctly, and on time.

Since its founding in 2019, the company has evolved from pure charging installations to a comprehensive energy company with a strong focus on energy storage. Today, the company delivers approximately 100–150 batteries per month and is one of the leading players in Sweden within its segment.

The operations are built on close collaboration with subcontractors, where structure, quality, and clear management are crucial success factors. The team consists of just over 20 employees with high ambition, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a clear sense of teamwork.

About the Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and driving the process regarding preliminary and final notifications towards electricity network operators. You work from our office in Solna and ensure that every case is followed up from start to approval and closure.

The role is administratively technical and does not require field work, but it places high demands on electrical technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will become a central function in the delivery and work closely with both internal functions and external network companies.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the notification process towards electricity network operators. This means that you will:

• Draft, submit, and follow up on preliminary and final notifications until approval and confirmation are received
• Ensure that all cases are handled correctly, updated continuously, and maintain the correct status in the system
• Handle supplements, technical questions, and any deviations in dialogue with network companies
• Conduct daily follow-up of open cases and escalate in case of risk of delays
• Review technical documentation, assess connection capacity, and identify complex cases at an early stage
• Ensure that installations do not begin before approved preliminary notification and coordinate internally regarding processing times and critical cases

About You

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Upper secondary education in electricity (EE program) or equivalent
• Authorization as an electrician (A or AL)
• Good understanding of low-voltage networks, main fuses, and connection capacity
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good structural and prioritization skills

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Preliminary and final notifications (e.g., solar cells, batteries, or charging boxes)
• Energy storage and technical systems (AC/DC, network protection, relay protection)
• Network companies' portals
• Regulations such as ELSÄK-FS
