About the role
As a floating consultant in Adecco's staffing division, you will have the opportunity to work at various companies with different assignments within the industrial and logistics sectors. We currently have part-time assignments with our clients in Halmstad, Laholm, and the surrounding areas. The number of working hours varies weekly according to our clients' needs, covering day, evening, and night shifts. Working days are scheduled from Monday to Friday.

Assignments often arise with short notice, requiring you to have a flexible schedule. The tasks involve varied duties within production and warehousing, such as machine supervision, picking, and packing. Service, flexibility, and problem-solving are key parts of your work.

In your role as a student, your main responsibilities will include: - Warehouse work - Machine supervision

About you
We are looking for you who are a student at a university/college or have another main occupation of at least 50%. As a person, you are efficient, positive, and have a strong work ethic. You will work both in a team and independently. It is important that you are meticulous, willing to work, and a good team player. You need to be flexible and able to step in with short notice. Your humility, sense of quality, and service orientation will make you thrive as a consultant for Adecco.

Key requirements for the role: - You have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies). - You are flexible and able to step in with short notice. - You are a willing team player.

If you have experience working in industry or warehousing, and hold a forklift license (A+B), this is a plus. A requirement is that you have a B-driver's license and access to a car.

About the employment
The position is a consulting assignment with immediate start. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Student. The hourly wage is always according to the agreements valid on the labor market. Holiday pay is added and paid out together with the salary. Work during inconvenient hours includes additional compensation according to the current collective agreement.
