Your Responsibilities

Key requirements for the role include:

• Some form of workshop technical education
• A few years of experience with press braking or similar tasks
• Proficiency in independently setting up and operating machines
• Ability to quality-assure your products
• Strong experience in reading technical drawings is a requirement
• Having a forklift license is a plus

As a press brake operator, you shape details, such as metal parts, using a press machine. You can either operate the machine manually or by programming a computer that controls the press. There are different types of press machines, and tasks vary depending on what needs to be pressed and which machine you are working with. You manufacture parts that are later assembled into finished products.

You must be able to rig and change setups for different details, as well as possess knowledge in programming, measuring, and adjusting.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in mechanics
• Can communicate in Swedish
• Is forward-thinking and curious
• Is engaged in their work

It is important that you have decent knowledge of reading technical drawings and master the Swedish language. Previous experience in setting up press brakes yourself is a plus. You should have good physical fitness as lifting is involved.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good teamwork skills, as the work takes place at our customers' sites.
