Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate baker/restaurant assistant who wants to work in a team where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and attention to detail, you will assist both the hot and cold kitchens with preparation, cooking, and serving. The position requires flexibility, the ability to start early in the morning, and duties are divided between the roles of restaurant assistant and baker.

The role includes self-control checks, daily kitchen routines, dishwashing, and occasionally working at the cash register.

About Restaurant Söderport

Söderport is located within the Volvo premises in Skövde, working closely together with two other restaurants.

We are open from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to ensure efficiency.
• You take responsibility for maintaining a high service level throughout the day with your positive attitude.
• Good service is important to you; a smile and eye contact are second nature.
• You understand your impact on guest satisfaction, are positive, stress-resistant, and have strong collaboration and communication skills.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is mandatory.
