We are now looking for a service-oriented support employee for a project with our client. In this role, language is crucial – you need to be able to communicate fluently in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both verbally and in writing.

This is a role where you will have frequent contact with users, so it is important that you feel confident holding conversations in Finnish and can assist customers in a clear and professional manner.

Your responsibilities

About the role You work with user support via phone and email, handling cases from registration to resolution. You are a key part of creating a great customer experience and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive calls from users and register cases

• Troubleshoot and resolve cases using system knowledge, documentation, and colleagues

• Escalate cases to the appropriate support group if necessary

• Follow up on cases and ensure they are driven to resolution

• Keep users updated on status

• Take responsibility for the team's shared service cases

• Daily contact with customers in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark

• Solve problems in dealer and workshop systems (business understanding is important)

• Work according to established processes and best practices within ITIL

We would like you to

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish, English, and Finnish

• Feel confident holding conversations in Finnish in a support role (this is a requirement)

• Have basic technical understanding or an interest in IT

• Be analytical and have a natural interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressured situations

• Has good social skills and can treat customers professionally – even in stressful situations

We appreciate that you have a technical interest and a basic understanding of IT, but the most important thing is your attitude and your ability to provide good service.

Meritorious:

• Experience in support or service roles

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or knowledge of ITIL
