Your responsibilities

You will work at our facility in Länna, coordinating transports of outgoing materials and checking incoming and outgoing materials. You will also work with inventory of stock status.

In the role of Team Leader, you will among other things ensure daily staffing and, if necessary, call in extra personnel in consultation with the Section Manager. You will be available for staff during production hours and responsible for handling deviations and disruptions related to production. You will encourage vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and service drop-offs, and support the writing of incident and accident reports.

You will also inform employees about daily operations, participate in introducing new employees, facilitate the distribution of tasks, and handle administrative tasks related to production, including inventory management and purchasing/ordering of consumables and workwear. The Section Manager has full personnel responsibility for the team members.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are service-oriented, responsible, self-initiative, and have good collaboration skills. You are solution-oriented, which for us means that you see opportunities in problems, readily take on challenges, and communicate easily with those around you. You should have good computer skills and be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing.

A driver's license, category B, is required for the position. It is an advantage if you have machine qualifications, such as wheel loader and/or excavator. Experience from warehousing, logistics, industry, or similar operations is advantageous, as is previous industry experience. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
