Do you want to work as a press operator in a technical production environment where quality is at the center? At our client in Örkelljunga, you will become an important part of a team.

About the role

As a press operator, you will monitor and manage manual and automated press machines, make settings and optimizations, perform ongoing quality checks, troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions, and carry out preventive maintenance in close collaboration with production managers.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working in industry or production, preferably with responsibility for machine monitoring and ongoing quality checks. You have good technical understanding, are used to working practically, and can follow routines and safety regulations carefully. You master Swedish in speech and writing, have basic computer skills, and are willing to work shifts if necessary. A high school education, preferably with a technical focus, is required.

Merits

It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a press operator or from work with automated production lines. Experience in troubleshooting, setting up, and optimizing press machines, as well as preventive maintenance, is particularly valuable. If you have education in industry, production technology, or a similar field, this is seen as an advantage. Experience in improvement work, such as LEAN or similar methods, is also positive.
