We are now looking for green area workers to join our team in the land and environment department in Örebro.

About the position

As a green area worker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and establishment of green spaces in both public and private environments. The tasks vary depending on the season and project.

Examples of tasks include:

• Mowing and trimming grass
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Weeding and simple ground work
• Maintenance of outdoor areas at properties, parks, and other spaces

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Previous experience as a green area worker, gardener, or in civil engineering/construction
• Experience with machinery such as ride-on mowers, brush cutters, or string trimmers
• Education in gardening, parks, land, or similar fields
• Experience working in public environments or property maintenance
