About the Job

We are now looking for sales representatives for our office in Solna. This position is ideal for you who want to work in sales in a structured environment where you are given the right conditions to develop and succeed.

In this role, you will contact private individuals via phone and offer electricity contracts. You represent an established player, which creates security for both you and the customer during the dialogue.

What we offer:

• Base salary + generous commission: A fixed base salary based on your experience, along with a commission model offering the potential for very good income levels.
• 35-hour work week: Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15, Friday: 09:00–16:00.
• 25 vacation days per year.
• Development and community: Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also arrange staff parties, sales competitions, and team activities.
• Wellness hour: 1 hour of wellness activities per week.

Scope: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative and service-oriented, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
• Has strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Has sales experience (meritorious but not a requirement).

Employment and start date: We apply a 6-month probationary period that converts to a permanent position. Start dates are flexible and arranged by agreement.
