Do you want to take your full-stack development expertise to the next level while working with AI as a natural part of how we build modern systems? We are looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in .NET and modern frontend frameworks who wants to build the digital solutions of the future together with us at Accelerate. Here, you will combine senior system development with the practical use of AI, both in your own development and in solutions for our clients.

Your Role
As part of our development team, you are central to creating stable, modern, and scalable applications. You combine technical skill with an agile working approach and contribute to solutions that make a real difference for users.

You work broadly across the entire development chain, from planning and design to development, testing, and delivery, switching between backend and frontend development to create well-functioning and user-friendly holistic solutions.

In this role, you work closely with the business and customers in various types of assignments, ranging from established systems to more modern, data-driven, and AI-related solutions. At the same time, you explore how AI can be used both in the development process and in the solutions we build.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with deep expertise in .NET and experience with modern web technologies. You are solution-oriented, enjoy working close to the business, and have an eye for both technology and user value.

We also believe that you:

  • Have an interest in how AI can be used practically in system development
  • Thrive in customer-facing environments
  • Enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge
  • Hold an academic degree in system development or similar
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Swedish citizenship is required for this position, and a background check will be conducted.

We believe you have experience with some of the following:

  • .NET and C#
  • Angular or React
  • Frontend development in TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Containers
  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Plus:

  • Experience with AI integrations or LLM-based solutions.
  • Cloud platforms

What we offer you
As an employee at Accelerate, we offer exciting assignments and technologies, including:

  • Training & certifications through our partners (Microsoft, Red Hat, HashiCorp, GitLab, etc.)
  • A secure and stable employment with good benefits
  • Collective agreement, wellness allowance, and health insurance
  • Flexibility, freedom, and balance between work and leisure
  • Becoming part of a passionate team with technically sharp colleagues

We believe in community and knowledge exchange – here we develop together and support each other to always stay at the forefront.

Location
Accelerate has offices in several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our office in Gothenburg, with the possibility of hybrid work.

We interview continuously – don't wait to submit your application! Desired start date is ASAP or as agreed. Have questions? Contact Jesper Carlsson at [email protected]

We look forward to meeting you. Welcome to Accelerate!
