We are currently looking for assemblers to join Aimpoint in Malmö for an immediate start.

We are primarily looking for the right person

You do not need previous experience as an assembler. The most important qualities are that you:

• are meticulous and disciplined
• enjoy practical, hands-on work
• like to create, build, or tinker
• have patience and a focus on details
• are responsible and able to follow instructions
• work well both independently and in a team

You might have a creative hobby – such as model building, crafts, mechanics, electronics, sewing, painting, or other practical creation. Such experiences are highly valuable in this role.

Responsibilities

As an assembler, you will work with the assembly and quality control of products in a modern and precise production environment. The work requires precision, concentration, and an eye for detail.

Requirements

• You are comfortable with 2-shift or night work
• You have good work ethic and high attention to detail
