Werksta Danderyd is looking for a skilled auto body painter to join our workshop. You will become an important part of the team, where quality, safety, and customer focus permeate the entire operation. We perform paint repairs and full repaints on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, with high demands on finish quality and delivery precision.

You will be working with

• Preparation of body panels for painting, including sanding, degreasing, and masking.
• Application of primer, filler, basecoat, and clearcoat using modern spraying equipment.
• Paint mixing and matching using color matching systems to ensure correct hue and gloss.
• Repair of minor dents and damaged surfaces, as well as finishing work to achieve a high-quality final surface.
• Assessing damage, preparing work proposals, and documenting completed work in the workshop system.
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the workshop, customer reception, and the site manager to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Adhering to the workshop's routines for environment, safety, and quality, as well as participating in improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining order in the paint department, handling material orders, and ensuring cost-effective use of consumables.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with several years of experience as an auto body painter or vehicle paint technician. You work meticulously, have a good sense of color and finish, and thrive in maintaining consistent, high quality in a workshop environment. Experience with modern spray systems and paint mixing is a plus. You collaborate well with colleagues, communicate clearly with customers, and document your work accurately.

• Professional experience in auto body painting or equivalent education.
• Experience with spray gun techniques, drying processes, and paint mixing systems.
• Good sense of color matching, surface quality, and finish.
• Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• A Category B driver's license is an advantage depending on the scope of duties.
