Your Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a team and ensuring safe operations in daily activities. The role is operational and involves responsibility for production results, working environment, and continuous improvements.

Plan and distribute daily tasks for the team to achieve production goals.
Ensure that routines, safety regulations, and quality policies are followed in daily work.

Your Background

Experience in operational leadership within production or industry.
Experience with container and shipping logistics.
Result-oriented, structured, and confident in making decisions in a changing environment.
Drawing skills.
Experience with CAD.
