About the Role

As an assembler/production technician, you will become an important part of the entire production chain – from raw material to finished product. The work is varied and includes both wood and aluminum processing, assembly, and quality control.

You will work in teams where collaboration, quality, and efficiency are in focus.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly of window frames, sashes, and components with high precision
  • Wood processing (cutting, planing, assembly)
  • Processing and cutting of aluminum profiles
  • Assembly of fittings such as handles, hinges, and insulated glass
  • Operation of machines and hand tools (e.g., circular saws, punching machines)
  • Forklift operation for material handling and internal logistics
  • Reading drawings and working according to technical specifications
  • Quality controls to ensure function, dimensions, and surface finish
  • Active participation in improvement work and process optimization

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are:

  • Meticulous and quality-conscious with an eye for detail
  • Practical with good manual skills
  • Independent and proactive
  • Enduring and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • A team player with good communication skills

Requirements:

  • Forklift license (at least A+B) and experience with forklift operation
  • Experience from industry, construction, warehouse, or production is advantageous
  • Experience in wood or metal processing is advantageous
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Experience with hand tools and machines within production
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
