About the Role

In the role of New Construction Engineer at Byggnor, you will drive the entire process from request for proposal (RFP) documents to tender proposals and further during the implementation phase and follow-up.

You will work with tenders, RFP documents, calculations, purchasing, and planning. You will collaborate closely with several of Byggnor's employees, not least our project managers, but also maintain close dialogue with clients and suppliers. You will become a key cog in our construction projects and will have the opportunity to take significant individual responsibility.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role. You have a university-level degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with experience in calculation work and reading drawings.

You have a strong interest in construction technology, have a nose for business, and want to be part of the entire chain. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in production.

You are self-motivated and show a willingness to take responsibility, deliver results, take initiative, and are skilled at creating collaborations where the focus is on the common goal. You possess curiosity and enjoy development in everyday life, both big and small.

We expect you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience and good knowledge of office packages, calculation systems, and you are a proficient user of Excel.
