About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and driven repair technician/service technician with an eye for detail and computer skills. You will become part of our team, working closely with us and actively participating in all aspects of the rental operations.

You will work with our rental portfolio, which includes construction machinery, lifts, earthmoving equipment, company cars, etc. The work is varied, and you will have significant responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed. You will have the opportunity to plan your workdays but must remain flexible for urgent changes.

Responsibilities

You will work with repairs, service, technical support, and troubleshooting of diesel engines and hydraulics, among other things. The primary work will take place at our depot in the workshop, but field work may also occur. In your role, you will also handle administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, spare parts, and stock items, as well as loading and unloading machinery.

You will assist customers via phone and directly at the depot with instructions, advice, and technical support. Reading electrical schematics and solving technical problems innovatively is an important part of the job.

Work involving rental operations and the handling of returned machinery may also occur.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven and engaged in their work. Attention to detail, good planning skills, and the ability to take responsibility are requirements. You want to develop and can work both independently and in a team. You have a high sense of service, an interest in machinery, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You are receptive and accommodating and can communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-oriented and can think outside the box to solve tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with diesel engines and hydraulics, as well as the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Computer proficiency.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
