We are looking for a practical and highly service-oriented individual to work in internal services within a stable, historic company that has been operating in Stockholm for over 360 years. This role is ideal for you if you thrive on variety, take initiative, and have the ability to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

About the Role

You will work broadly with office and internal services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling of mail and deliveries
  • Simple repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Furniture arrangement and assembly in premises
  • Internal transportation
  • Inspection of technical equipment
  • Responsibility for storage and materials
  • Light bulb replacement and ongoing supervision
  • Refilling office supplies and handling copiers
  • Working in case management systems
  • Ongoing problem-solving within the operations

The role involves that you are often the person handling questions and needs that arise in daily work.

Required Qualifications

  • Good computer skills and experience working in systems
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Experience in service work, internal services, property maintenance, or similar
  • Experience in caretaking, property management, or internal services
  • Practical knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing (HVAC), or construction
  • Experience working in environments with special requirements (e.g., older buildings or sensitive equipment)
  • Experience working independently with problem-solving
