We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our auto workshop!

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Customer Receptionist with us. You will become a key person in our daily operations and the first person our customers meet – both over the phone and in person at the workshop.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers in person and answering phone calls
• Scheduling and following up on workshop visits
• Ordering spare parts
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure the right parts are available on time
• Invoicing and handling payments
• Managing emails and basic administration

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service or administration (automotive industry experience is a plus)
• Service-oriented, social, and structured
• Proficient in computer skills and able to communicate clearly in both spoken and written Swedish
• Valid Category B driver's license (required)
• Solution-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike
