We are now looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who wants to become part of our team and develop with us.
DBK Scandinavia, founded in 2010, is a subsidiary of DBK Group GmbH in Germany, which was established in 1946.
We deliver products for heating and cooling in industrial applications and operate primarily in Scandinavia and the Baltic region. The company is located in Aneby and currently has four employees.
We are looking for you if you want to grow with us
A large part of our business involves technical problem-solving for our B2B customers. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a technical interest and can easily understand how our products can be used to meet customer needs.
Familiarity with electrical theory is also considered an advantage.
As we are a small company, we need to support each other where needed, so you should enjoy varied tasks. This could, for example, involve supporting updates to our social media or participating in inventory checks, etc.
Requirements
- You feel comfortable making outbound calls to customers when needed and handling incoming calls.
- English proficiency in both speech and writing (corporate language within DBK Group and customer contact).
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing (for customer contact).
- Driver's license, or plans to obtain one in the near future.
Probation Period
It is important to us that you enjoy yourself and feel that we have fun together at work. Therefore, the position begins with a 6-month probation period.
The work starts with two days per week, and as you learn the tasks, the plan is to gradually increase to full-time.
You will start with order processing and delivery monitoring.
Parallel to this, we offer ongoing product training and support so that you can develop into providing customer support.
The assessment for continued employment is based on how you approach the tasks and how well you fit into our team.

You can largely influence the development of the role yourself. How the role grows depends primarily on your own strengths, ambitions, and willingness to take on new challenges.
