At Tugg Burgers Lund, we are now looking for a Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for our front-of-house and help develop both the team and the experience for our guests.

Tugg Burgers is a restaurant focused on premium burgers – we grind our own meat every day and always strive for the highest quality, both in food and service. We have a full liquor license and a vibrant restaurant environment where the pace is fast and the atmosphere is relaxed.

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you play a key role in operations. You are responsible for ensuring smooth service, team performance, and that every guest leaves satisfied.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives working evenings and weekends (this is when we are at our best)
• Is confident in a leadership role and enjoys taking responsibility
• Has an eye for service, details, and pace
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys working operationally in a busy environment

Main Responsibilities

Staff & Operations

• Ensure a floor manager is always present during opening hours
• Responsible for staffing and scheduling
• Lead, coach, and develop service staff

Guest Experience

• Ensure a high standard of service and overall guest experience
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally
• Actively work to improve the guest journey
• Manage bookings and guest communication via email

Safety & Procedures

• Ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed
• Conduct checks on cleanliness and working conditions

Stock & Orders

• Collaborate with the Head Chef regarding ingredients and operations
• Participate in inventory and ordering of bar and serving supplies

Work Environment

• Contribute to a positive, safe, and structured workplace
• Ensure that routines and occupational health and safety requirements are met
