About the Role

As a Spare Parts Advisor in our service team, you will have a broad and varied role with significant responsibility and many points of contact. The spare parts operations and warehouse are to be run as efficiently and profitably as possible. Our customers are our top priority, and a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring vehicle availability is having the right spare parts in stock. Therefore, we consider this role central to our organization.

It is important that all customer interactions are conducted in a professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner. You will meet with our customers and advise them on spare parts, service, and engage in dialogue regarding repairs. You will actively work to build and maintain high trust and delivery precision for the warehouse, while striving to increase spare parts and service sales.

Who You Are

You have at least a high school education or equivalent work experience, with a strong interest in vehicles. Broad knowledge of trucks, trailers, and superstructures is an advantage. We prefer candidates with experience in service work, service advisory, spare parts handling, or logistics, and who are accustomed to meeting customers. As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive being the hub of the network.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value good collaboration with your colleagues. You contribute with a positive attitude and high work ethic, and your contributions with good ideas for improvements are welcome. Order and organization are second nature to you as you are used to delivering results. You speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing. A Category B driver's license is required, and a forklift license is an advantage. Computer proficiency and IT skills are required as many tasks require a good understanding of systems.
