Maskinia AB is the general agent in Sweden for Develon, Case, and Bergmann – three leading brands in construction machinery. As a complete machinery partner, we offer sales, service, and spare parts – always with the customer at the center. With headquarters in Linköping and branches in several locations across the country, Maskinia has a strong presence and stable growth. The company currently has approximately 105 employees and an annual turnover of around 600 MSEK.

We are now looking for a sales professional who wants to contribute to continued growth and success in Staffanstorp!

About the role

Here, you will have the opportunity to work with three strong brands in construction machinery – something that creates both variety and significant business value in your daily work. You will report to the sales management and collaborate closely on business opportunities, priorities, and strategies to achieve set goals.

As a salesperson, you are responsible for the sale of construction machinery. You will work on developing existing customer relationships as well as finding new customers, driving the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer contact to quotation, delivery, and follow-up.

The role requires a high level of field presence, where you meet customers in their daily environment, build trust, and create long-term relationships through a solution-focused approach.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and processing new customers, as well as following up on existing ones
  • Planning and conducting customer visits
  • Preparing quotations and managing ongoing deals
  • Showing and demonstrating machinery, both on job sites and at trade shows
  • Closing deals, delivery, and subsequent customer follow-up

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in both sales and the aftermarket, with good opportunities to influence working methods and development in the region.

About you

We are looking for you who have experience in sales or service of capital goods – preferably within construction machinery, agricultural vehicles, trucks, or similar areas. You are self-motivated, enjoy taking initiative, and find it easy to build trust in customer interactions. An interest in technology and machinery is fundamental for success, but you must also be driven, solution-oriented, and curious.

You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you should thrive in a role where you have significant personal responsibility.

As a salesperson with us, you will meet everyone from individual machine owners to large companies with extensive fleets. Your ability to adapt to different needs and build long-term relationships is crucial for success. The role is varied and requires both strategic thinking and practical action – which suits you if you are motivated by the fact that every day looks different.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in technical sales, preferably within the machinery industry
  • A strong technical interest and/or experience from service operations as a field service technician or master mechanic
  • Good habit of working in a structured manner
  • Business acumen and drive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
