Do you want to combine strategic HR work with operational support – right in the heart of the Arctic mountain world?
We are now looking for an HR Partner who wants to help develop our organization, our leaders, and our employees.
In this key role, you will work closely with the business and help create the conditions for a workplace where people thrive, develop, and perform at their best.
About the role
As an HR Partner at Lapland Resorts, you work both strategically and operationally. You support management and supervisors with HR matters, drive important processes, and ensure that we have efficient and sustainable working methods throughout the entire employee journey.
You are part of the management team and actively contribute to decisions that affect the development of the business – both in the short and long term.
Your main responsibilities
- Support managers in recruitment, labor law, and personnel matters
- Drive and develop HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, competence development)
- Ensure compliance with labor law, occupational health and safety, and internal policies
- Handle employee relations and support in conflict resolution
- Update and develop policies, guidelines, and working methods
- Work on initiatives related to health and well-being
- Participate in and contribute to the management team's work
- Provide strategic and operational support to the General Manager
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in broad HR work, both operational and strategic
- Has good knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Is confident in supporting managers with complex personnel issues
- Is self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented
- Has strong communication skills and high integrity
- Thrives in a business with high tempo and variation
Experience from businesses with many employees or seasonal operations is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, full-time.
