Scaffolding Supervisor – AH Projektering AB

AH Projektering AB is growing and is now looking for an engaged and experienced scaffolding supervisor.

About the role

As a supervisor with us, you will play a central role in our operations. You will be responsible for leading and distributing work on project sites, ensuring that jobs are carried out efficiently and according to plan, and that the staff has the right conditions to perform well. You act as the link between management, fitters, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the daily work for our scaffolding fitters
• Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule and quality standards
• Maintain contact with customers and take responsibility on-site
• Take responsibility for work environment and ensure safety regulations are followed
• Participate in planning and problem-solving when project changes occur

Qualifications

• Experience working with construction scaffolding
• Previous experience as a scaffolding fitter
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of safety and work environment within construction
• Ability to structure, plan, and lead personnel
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
