Welcome to Sanden Health Centre – a workplace where collaboration, well-being, and development are at the center! We have approximately 50 employees with different professions who together provide healthcare to over 12,000 registered patients. Here, you will find colleagues with extensive experience in primary care and close collaboration both within the team and with other professional groups. We are now looking for two nurses or district nurses for our operations, one for a permanent position and one for a temporary assignment.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, or alternatively a district nurse. You have good ability to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility, thrive in team environments, and have a good approach towards both patients and colleagues. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care and if you have further education as a district nurse. We handle a wide variety of health and medical conditions, which requires flexibility and a willingness to embrace different days.

What you will work with

As a nurse or district nurse, you will:

  • Assess and treat patients of all ages with both acute and long-term health conditions.
  • Work with reception activities and counseling via telephone and digital channels.
  • Run your own clinics within areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, incontinence, wound care, and health conversations.
  • Participate in care planning and collaboration during hospital discharge.
  • Work at the joint emergency center in Boden.

You will become part of a cross-professional team and also collaborate with neighboring care providers and municipal actors.

Information about the position

The positions are full-time, daytime hours. One position is a permanent employment, and the other is a temporary assignment for at least six months. Start date by agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline – do not wait with your application!
