Your job with us
To thrive here, it is important that you enjoy delivering good service and quality, and that you always have the customer's best interests at heart. In your role, you will primarily focus on repairing and replacing auto glass. The position has a strong customer focus and includes some administrative tasks. You will welcome customers at the reception, assist them with questions regarding auto glass and vehicles, and sell the accessories we offer. You are the face of Ryds Bilglas and must always prioritize the customer's best interest.
You should enjoy varied days where we work in teams to solve the challenges we face. Helping each other out and supporting colleagues when needed is second nature. Together, we test new ideas to find the most effective and best solutions in our work.

Workplace: SKÖVDE
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
You need to be interested, service-oriented, driven, and willing to develop together with us. You always want the best for the customer and place great emphasis on delivering good service and quality. Therefore, it is important that, in addition to enjoying practical work, you also enjoy customer interaction and can handle some administrative tasks.
We also look for someone who can collaborate well with colleagues and help each other by sharing experiences. It is important that you are a flexible team player who is not afraid to take initiative but is also good at listening to your colleagues. You must naturally also enjoy physical and active work.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an auto glass technician or similar roles, such as auto mechanic, auto body painter, or auto sheet metal worker.
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
- Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
