About the Position

We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant; don't miss the chance to work with this superhero! You will be working with a charming 13-year-old boy who lives in the countryside near Överum with his family. It is important that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in the job as a personal assistant and an understanding of what the profession really entails, with the customer at the center.

Our little superhero needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and turning during sleep. We always work with two assistants as he has active double assistance around the clock!

Do You See Yourself in This Role?

• You are a woman or man aged 25–55.
• We prefer that you are a non-smoker, preferably completely tobacco-free.
• You have a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transport is difficult to come by.
• It is important that you master the Swedish language very well, both in speech and writing.
• Since the family lives on a farm, it is important that you do not have any allergies, as there are pets in the house.

As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize the job, arriving on time. Of course, you can get sick like everyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses planned work.

Employment Level and Working Hours

As needed, with the possibility of a permanent position. Working hours include days, evenings, awake nights, and weekends.

What We Offer

• Fixed base hourly wage + overtime compensation. Collective agreement in place.
• Employment under fair conditions. Naturally, you get to go through an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start.
• We are looking for hourly substitutes with the possibility of a regular schedule moving forward, as well as summer vacancies.

Being employed at Evanda Assistans AB means security through the Almega Collective Agreement – Sector G, market-competitive salary, pension, and insurance coverage. Fitness allowance of up to 3,000 SEK.
