About the role

As a personal service technician, you perform diagnostics, service, repairs, and accessory installations on new and used cars. You are responsible for the entire process: from scheduling to when the car is ready for pickup, as well as for following up with the customer. Through your committed and professional approach, you always ensure the customer feels professionally attended to.

What we expect from you

We believe you have a technical interest and thrive when working directly with customers. You enjoy working in a team that supports and motivates each other. We prefer that you have automotive technical education or experience with similar tasks, as well as good knowledge of the glass business. You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A Category B driver's license is required.
