Aurora Distribution is a young and rapidly growing distribution company delivering products to the grocery retail sector, primarily to ICA and Hemköp. As we expand, we are now looking to strengthen our team.

We are therefore looking for our next star in merchandise and shelf stocking. In this role, you will become an important part of our team and a central contact point at our customers' stores. You are responsible for ensuring our products are always presented in the best possible way in-store, making sure shelves are well-stocked, neat, and sales-oriented.

Through your work, you contribute to strengthening our brands' presence in stores. You build relationships with store staff, ensure good visibility, and identify opportunities for our products to stand out even more. This role is perfect for you if you are detail-oriented, structured, and have a natural customer focus.

Previous experience from the grocery retail sector, sales, or customer relations is advantageous, but the most important factor for us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is a team player, takes responsibility, and thrives in a role with a fast pace. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for further development and future work as a field sales representative.

The work is operational and fast-paced. Your workday starts early in the morning, as you head directly from your car to your assigned stores. A valid driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is required, as the position is 100% field-based.
