We are looking for a rotary press operator for industrial operations in northern Scania!

We are currently seeking an experienced and meticulous rotary press operator for an established industrial operation outside of Hässleholm.

The company is in an expansion phase with increasing demand and many new business opportunities. The operations specialize in the development and manufacturing of technical components and solutions used in various industrial sectors, where high requirements for quality and precision are a natural part of daily life. Here, technical expertise is combined with efficient and modern production.

About the role

In this role, you work throughout the entire production flow and are responsible for machine operation, setup, tool and peripheral equipment adjustment, as well as quality assurance, measurement, and packaging. The work is characterized by high quality standards and precision at every step.

You will become part of a team where quality and improvement work are in focus. The role also includes work with 5S, deviation management, and continuous development of processes and working methods.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has a strong focus on quality. You are curious about how processes work, have an analytical side, and enjoy finding solutions when challenges arise.

You function well in teams and work without hierarchy and communicatively in a LEAN-inspired environment. At the same time, you have an interest in further developing within more technically advanced areas such as process and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate rotary press equipment
• Troubleshoot and rectify disruptions in process and machine
• Perform quality controls according to drawings and documentation
• Actively contribute to improvement work regarding quality, stability, and efficiency

Background and Competence

• Several years of experience with rotary pressing
• Good technical understanding and practical experience with machine setup
• Experience in troubleshooting in industrial production
• Experience working from drawings, instructions, and production documentation
• Basic computer skills in production and quality systems
• Knowledge of LEAN is an advantage

Other

• Daytime working hours; shift work may occur if needed
• Good Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Category B driver's license required
