About the role

As the Deputy Store Manager at Åhléns Outlet, you coach and work together with the store's employees. You are responsible for developing the store's working methods to deliver a well-stocked and inspiring store environment every day of the week. Part of the role involves coaching the store's sales staff to become their best selves, in accordance with Åhléns Outlet's strategy, policies, and processes, thereby exceeding our customers' expectations.

At our store, customers should always be met by engaged, knowledgeable, and service-oriented sales staff who draw energy from creating an inspiring and well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.

Examples of tasks:

• Actively engage in customer contact and sales to deliver a customer experience that aligns with Åhléns Outlet's customer promise.
• Work with stock replenishment.
• Work together with the Store Manager to ensure an inspiring and sales-driven store environment that creates the best customer experience.
• Contribute to a good and functional working environment.
• Actively receive, evaluate, interpret, and communicate relevant information within the store to employees.

What you bring to us:

• Work experience from sales and service.
• Experience from a leadership position within retail.
• A strong interest in fashion, beauty, and home decor.
• A plus if you have experience with exposure and enjoy social media.

About the recruitment

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week. You work according to a schedule that spans weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We would prefer that you can start with us immediately.
