About the role & responsibilities

You will become part of the IT team and work closely with the business to ensure that all employees have a stable, secure, and efficient digital work environment.

• Provide daily IT support to users (primarily macOS)

• Manage and troubleshoot devices in Kandji and/or Jamf Pro

• Work with identity and access in Okta

• Troubleshoot SSO and SCIM integrations in SaaS environments

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and permission changes

• Administer and support business-critical SaaS tools

• Drive improvements in processes, automation, and user experience

We believe you have

• Experience working in a Mac-based environment

• Hands-on experience with Kandji and/or Jamf

• Good knowledge of Okta (SSO, SCIM, IAM)

• Experience in a SaaS-heavy, cloud-based IT environment

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Meritorious

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and/or Google Workspace

• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Experience with scripting or automation
