Job Description

The role of System Developer primarily involves:

• Develop and maintain robust solutions that meet high demands for availability and performance.
• Environmental scanning and contributing to technical decision-making.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure high IT security continuously.
• Create and update documentation in the form of system, requirement, and/or design documents.
• Collaborate within the team and support clients/product owners.
• Design and architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and tailored system solutions for future needs.
• Testing and quality assurance: Perform unit and integration tests to ensure systems function as intended, as well as prevent and fix bugs.

Requirements

1. System Development Experience At least 13 years of work experience (within the last 20 years) in the role of a system developer. Alternatively, at least 10 years of work experience (within the last 15 years) as a system developer plus a university degree of 120 credits/180 ECTS in IT, electrical engineering, or other equivalent relevant education.
2. C# and .NET Core At least 5 years of work experience in system development in C# with Visual Studio and .NET Core.
3. Frontend Development (Razor Pages) At least 5 years of work experience in frontend development with .NET Razor Pages.
4. MS-SQL At least 5 years of work experience in system development against MS-SQL databases.
5. REST API At least 5 years of work experience in developing REST APIs.
6. Entity Framework Core At least 5 years of work experience in system development with Entity Framework Core.
7. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript At least 3 years of work experience in system development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
8. IT Security-Critical Operations At least 3 years of work experience from operations with very high IT security requirements and associated processes.
9. Agile Working Method At least 3 years of work experience working in agile teams with methods such as user stories and MVP, as well as tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
10. Communication Good written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. IT Architecture and System Design At least 2 years of work experience working with IT architecture and design of software systems.
2. Kubernetes At least 2 years of work experience in development in a Kubernetes environment.
3. CI/CD in Azure DevOps At least 2 years of work experience in implementing and/or developing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
