We are currently seeking summer substitutes for our facilities in Kalmar, Atlasvägen, and Vasallparken.

About the position

At Humana Atlasvägen and Vasallparken, we work with a person-centered approach – the wishes and needs of each elderly person are our priority. As a summer substitute, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful daily life for our seniors. Together with colleagues in a positive work climate, you make a difference every day!

Working hours: Schedule with varying working hours (day, evening, weekend, and night) during June–August.

Employment level: 75–90 %

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement, earliest May 1st.

What does the role involve?

As care staff with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues.
• Documentation and handling of any deviations.
• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care and support.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative and work independently.

Experience in person-centered work is a plus, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping the mood up in all situations!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is educated as a nursing assistant or healthcare assistant with experience from care work.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Please note that you need to be able to present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
