Operations and Maintenance is a brand within Peab Infrastructure Central Sweden and operates in external property maintenance, parks, and road maintenance. In close collaboration with our customers – large and small – we take care of the public outdoor environment for many people. We ensure that residents and visitors can enjoy and stay safely in our outdoor environments and traffic. We have extensive experience in contracts that place high demands on service, quality, environment, and accessibility.

We are now looking for gardeners to join our maintenance team at Peab Operations and Maintenance in Solna.

Responsibilities

Our area of responsibility towards our customers ranges from supervision, cleaning, mowing, trimming, planting, and maintenance of plants and flowerbeds. Simply put, everything related to external maintenance. Your days will be very varied and content-rich.

Our customers include large property managers and public administrators, as well as housing associations of varying sizes. Since you will often interact with people in their environments, it is important to be service-oriented.

To understand customer expectations, you should be able to acquire knowledge about contract documents and maintenance plans, as well as read maps. In your daily work, you will need to perform certain types of documentation, such as keeping a diary and filling in self-checks.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with experience in green area maintenance and documented education in the green industry. We want you to be service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you have a positive attitude combined with a cheerful disposition. We expect you to have the ability to take initiative and to plan, execute, drive, and prioritize tasks independently. Being tidy and structured is a given for you. A Category B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
