The service organization is a central part of the offering and consists of a team of experienced technicians. The company is in a growth phase and has expanded the team with several new roles over the past year to meet increased demand.

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will primarily work in the field with the installation, service, and repair of fitness equipment. You will work remotely from home and plan your work together with the back-office team, which schedules your assignments via a case management system.

The work is varied and includes both planned assignments and more urgent interventions. You work independently but are part of a team where you collaborate to ensure high quality in delivery. The role involves travel within Sweden, with an average of a couple of overnight stays per month.

Examples of tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of new equipment, often in teams
• Troubleshooting, service, and repair at customer sites
• Preventive maintenance under service contracts
• On-site customer contact and proactive communication before assignments
• Documentation of completed work in the system

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

Requirements:

• Experience in technical work, such as service technician, installer, or mechanic, or relevant education
• Good technical understanding and experience working with tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electricity, control systems, or connected products

You work independently and take responsibility for your assignments from start to finish, while being flexible and enjoying a dynamic daily routine where conditions may change.

Location: Stockholm (field-based role starting from home with travel within Sweden)
Salary: According to agreement
