Job Scope

High level purpose of function.

Execution of electrical maintenance in the factory to deliver our targets of reliability, cost, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Overall areas of responsibilities and activities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

· Interface with operators, technicians, and other production personnel to understand and communicate improvements that need to be done and have been done.

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

· Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

· Perform general electrical maintenance.

· Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

· Contribute to maintenance program optimization.

· Train others in maintenance-specific tasks.

· Evaluate the need for spare parts for the equipment.

· Together with the rest of the team, be a key player in developing and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

Educational background and previous experience required for the role.

Qualifications and Experience

· Three years of electrical high school with a focus on industrial automation or similar.

· Fluency in English

· Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Previous experience in maintenance or production, minimum 2 years.

· Valuable (but not required) if fluent in other languages, including Swedish

Specific skills

· Good technical knowledge about mechanical, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Proven skills in working with continuous improvements in an industrial environment.
