At Prevas Installation, we work with electrical installations, service, troubleshooting, as well as operation and maintenance solutions, with the industry as our primary focus. We help our customers with everything from urgent interventions to long-term solutions, building relationships that last over time.

We are now looking for a business-driven Service Manager for our service operations in Västerås. This is a role for you who thrives close to the operations and is motivated by combining leadership, structure, and business.

You will play a central role in driving and developing the service department together with the team and be part of a growth journey where you have great opportunities to influence working methods, customer relationships, and results.

This is not a role where you only plan incoming jobs. We are looking for you who see opportunities with the customer, build relationships, and actively want to help develop the business forward.

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the service department and act as the hub between customers, electricians, and the business. The role combines operational team leadership with business responsibility and requires both structure, initiative, and the ability to build trust.

You will, among other things, work with:

• leading and distributing daily work within the service operations
• ensuring utilization and creating conditions for a well-functioning team
• handling quotation work, costing, and invoicing
• developing relationships with both existing and new customers
• identifying business opportunities and contributing to continued growth
• following up on results, KPIs, and profitability
• supporting the team in operational matters and prioritizing in urgent situations
• contributing to the development of structure, working methods, and service offerings over time

You report to the responsible manager and work closely with both customers and colleagues in a business where the pace is sometimes high and flexibility is a natural part of everyday life.

We believe you have experience from electricity, industry, service, or related operations and that you thrive in a role where you get to combine technology, people, and business.

Perhaps you work today as a foreman, service manager, project manager, or run your own business within electricity/service and are looking for a safer platform where you still get great freedom and the opportunity to influence.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• experience of team leadership or coordination within electricity, service, or industry
• good technical understanding and the ability to conduct credible dialogues with customers
• experience with quotation work, costing, or customer dialogue
• good administrative and structural skills
• business drive and the desire to develop the business
• good computer skills as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have experience of industrial service, contracting, or sales within technical operations.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for the role.
