What does the role entail?

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of cleaning at your destination. You actively participate in the operational work of cleaning cottages, service buildings, and common areas to maintain our high requirements for cleanliness and comfort. At the same time, you lead and support the team, distribute tasks, and ensure that routines and standards are followed.

You work closely with your Destination Manager and serve as a key contact point for communicating information to your team. Your role is central to creating an efficient and positive work environment where you together deliver top service to our guests.

As part of the team, you are also expected to be able to support other areas when needed. We always help each other to create the best possible experience for both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have experience in cleaning and perhaps previous team leadership. A background in hotels, camping, or similar is a plus, but we primarily value your ability to lead and inspire others.

To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail. You are a solution-focused team player who motivates the team to perform their best, even at a high pace. We appreciate if you have a sense of humor, put the team's success before your own, and contribute to a great atmosphere at the workplace.

To communicate smoothly with both colleagues and guests, we would like you to be fluent in Swedish and English.

Previous experience in leadership and cleaning is meritorious, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are an engaged and confident leader who makes the team shine – just like our destination!

Conditions

We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader for the summer season. The role is a full-time seasonal employment (40 hours/week) and includes working hours in the evenings and on weekends, in accordance with the collective agreement. In the spring, we offer a training course that we would like you to participate in.
