We are now recruiting a new lathe operator to the team at Nordbergs Tekniska

About the role

We believe that you currently work as a CNC operator and feel ready to take the next step in your career. We are looking for an experienced lathe operator/CNC operator with good knowledge of CAM programming and drawing reading.

The job is varied, challenging, and fun. We are looking for you who have that extra drive and hope that you want to become our next employee who, together with our colleagues and workshop manager, wants to develop our lathe department. Our machining workshop delivers turned, milled, bent, and glued parts according to our customers' needs. We have both one-off production and series production.

We are looking for someone who has:

• extensive experience with CNC turning
• energy and initiative
• a positive attitude towards work

We are looking for someone who is:

• cheerful, proper, and believes it is important to keep schedules
• friendly towards the lathe, materials, and colleagues
• responsible and alert

You have good language skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. A driver's license and your own car are necessary as public transport is limited. Working hours are during the day.

Nordbergs Tekniska AB has been active as a distributor of technical engineering plastics since its founding in 1970. We are located in Vallentuna, just outside Stockholm. Our primary market is Swedish and Nordic industry, but we also export to customers around the world. Important areas include, for example, medical technology, telecommunications, and mechatronics, as well as research and development at companies and universities.
