We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brow Bar Manager for our salon located inside NK Stockholm. No prior experience with our treatments is required – we will train you from scratch. The most important thing is that you have a passion for beauty, sales, service, and development.

Your Role With Us

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key part of the salon. You meet customers every day, deliver treatments with the highest level of service, and drive sales forward. At the same time, you support the Salon Manager by coaching and motivating the team, making this role a perfect combination of customer focus and a first step towards leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform world-class lash and brow treatments
• Sell and guide customers through the Rapide Cosmetics product range
• Contribute to a first-class customer experience every day
• Support the Brow Bar Manager with tasks related to budgeting, coaching, and personnel

Training and Development

All our new employees attend Rapide Academy – a 4-day basic training course in treatments, products, and service held in Stockholm by our Education Manager. Here you will learn everything you need to succeed with us.

About the Position

• Employment level: 75%, but we would appreciate if you could work more during the summer
• Probation period: 6 months (with the possibility of permanent employment)
• Start date: Immediately
