Xllenta is now looking for a trained massage therapist for an exclusive and well-respected facility in north-eastern Stockholm. The client is confidential at this stage and will be presented during the first dialogue with suitable candidates.

The role is a combination of treatments, reception, customer contact, and lighter administrative tasks. This means that the position does not solely consist of massage treatments throughout the entire workday, but rather has a varied daily routine where you will meet customers, maintain order, contribute to the overall experience, and be a reliable presence on-site.

About the role

In this role, you work closely with both customers and colleagues in a discreet and exclusive environment. You welcome visitors, perform massage treatments, manage bookings, and assist with the ongoing operations of the facility.

You will primarily work with:

• Massage treatments and customer-adapted service
• Reception, bookings, and customer contact via phone, email, and in person
• Welcoming customers and members
• Sales and recommendation of products
• Lighter administrative tasks
• Practical tasks related to daily operations
• Contributing to a calm, professional, and exclusive customer experience

Training is offered regarding the products, routines, and treatments used in the business.

We are looking for you who are a trained massage therapist and want to work in an environment where service, hospitality, and quality are just as important as the treatment itself.

You need to be confident in customer interactions, have an eye for detail, and understand the importance of professional and discreet hospitality. The role suits you if you enjoy variety and thrive working practically with treatments while also taking responsibility for reception, customer service, and daily order.

• Be a trained and certified massage therapist
• Have experience in massage or other professional treatments
• Be service-oriented, presentable, and confident with customers
• Have a good sense for hospitality, order, and details
• Be structured and comfortable with simpler administration
• Enjoy sales and advice regarding products
• Be able to work independently and take responsibility in daily operations
• Thrive in an exclusive, calm, and quality-conscious environment

Experience from spa, hotel, clinic, reception, beauty, fitness, or other premium services is advantageous.
