Salon Manager at Nikita Hair – New Salon in Karlstad

In late August 2026, Nikita Hair will open a brand new salon in central Karlstad. We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of Salon Manager and help shape the team, culture, and customer experience from day one.

About the Role

As a Salon Manager here, you have overall responsibility for the salon, the employees, and daily operations – while simultaneously working operationally as a hairdresser and serving as a clear role model in everyday life. You create engagement within the team, drive sales and quality, and actively work to ensure our customers feel welcome and want to return – time and time again.

Being part of building a new salon also offers great opportunities to establish structure, routines, and team spirit from the ground up. You are not alone – you will become part of a strong network of Salon Managers within Nikita Hair who support, inspire, and share experiences with one another.

Who Are You?

We believe you are:

• A trained hairdresser (vocational or private education)
• Service-oriented with a genuine customer focus
• Passionate about the hairdressing profession and driven by quality
• A confident and engaged leader who enjoys developing others
• Interested in salon operations, structure, and results
• Previous management experience is meritorious but not required
