As a Team Leader, together with the responsible Operations Manager, you are a key person in ensuring a well-functioning delivery to our customers.

You assist in distributing work among employees and ensure that services are carried out correctly.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading service employees (cleaners) in their work.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Performing quality controls and other practical tasks.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers.
• Performing cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Scheduling and recruiting substitutes as needed.
• Delivering and ordering materials.
• Acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager when needed.

The position is full-time with evening hours. Weekend work may occur.

The work area spans from southern Stockholm to Uppsala.

About You

At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We also look for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of prior experience in the industry.
• Documented experience in instructing and leading staff.
• Good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written).
• Experience working with computers and administrative tasks.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Insta 800 Level 3 certification.
• SRY/PRYL education or equivalent.
