Caverion has a close collaboration with the global pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for the operation and maintenance of their state-of-the-art facilities in Södertälje. Here you will work with advanced building and process technology in a high-tech environment – together with a close-knit, knowledgeable, and friendly team and service manager Tobias Jansson (LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tobias-jansson-2b56a91a/)).

Your responsibilities

As an industrial mechanic, you work with both planned maintenance and emergency interventions on equipment and machinery within pharmaceutical production. This includes, for example:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and manufacturing of machine parts.
• Modifications and new installations of process equipment.
• Documentation and reporting of work.
• Planning your own work.
• Supporting the customer's maintenance departments with technical expertise.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. On-call duty may occasionally occur.

Your background

• Have a workshop technical education or equivalent.
• Have experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably from the process, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
• Have knowledge in manual turning and sheet metal processing (meritorious).
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in Swedish (reading and writing).
• Are self-initiating, responsible, and enjoy working closely with customers.
