About the Role

We are looking for an experienced automotive technician for a permanent full-time position in Northern Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of passenger cars in our workshop. The work involves diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance with a focus on high quality, safety, and efficient workflow. You will be part of a cohesive team and collaborate closely with operations and shift leaders to ensure high availability of the vehicle fleet.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is trained as an automotive technician/mechanic or has equivalent experience from heavy vehicle service. You have good knowledge of modern diagnostic tools, engine and transmission systems, as well as air brake systems. Experience working with hydraulics, electrical systems, and AdBlue/exhaust aftertreatment is a plus. You are structured, problem-solving oriented, and have a clear focus on safety. To thrive in this role, you should be self-motivated while also having the ability to collaborate in a team. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars, trailers, and other heavy vehicles
• Conduct technical inspections, diagnostics, and functional tests using modern diagnostic tools
• Replace components and systems such as engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance according to service plans and document completed work in the system
• Participate in troubleshooting and improvement work to increase the reliability of the vehicle fleet
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following routines, reporting deviations, and maintaining tools and equipment

We are looking for someone who

• Has automotive education or equivalent practical experience with heavy vehicles
• Has good knowledge of diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
• Is meticulous, problem-solving oriented, and has a clear focus on safety
• Can work independently and together with colleagues in a team
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
