About the role

In this position, you will work flexibly with varying tasks within warehousing and logistics. Your main responsibilities will include picking and packing goods efficiently, accurately, and in a modern manner, often using digital systems and tools. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct products are handled and delivered on time with high quality.

The work is carried out in a cohesive team where collaboration, communication, and responsibility are central parts of daily life. The pace can be high at times, requiring you to be structured, stress-resistant, and able to prioritize your tasks effectively. At the same time, a positive attitude and good team spirit are highly valued, as the work environment is characterized by engagement and camaraderie.

Driving a forklift is a natural part of the job and occurs daily. You will handle goods in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with current routines and safety regulations. In addition, other warehouse tasks may occur, such as receiving deliveries, inventory management, restocking, and maintaining general order and structure in the workplace.

Working hours

The work involves varying hours as the business operates both day and night. We have a flexible staffing model where you, as an employee, have the opportunity to work both pre-booked shifts and shifts with shorter notice.

Part of the staffing is done on a day-to-day basis, meaning you need to be available and able to accept work shifts with relatively short notice. There is a requirement that you are available for a certain number of days per week to be considered for assignments.

For the right person, there are also good opportunities for longer assignments, for example during the summer period or when there is a need for increased staffing.

Requirements for the role

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You must be studying 100% or have a full-time job
• Ability to work the specified hours and participate in training
• Forklift license (Truckkort)
• Ability to commute to and from work

Consultant role:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our clients' sites. Being a consultant means being employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and appointments may be made before the final application date.
