Position: Specialist Chef within Continental Cuisine focusing on European Gastronomy

Location: Sweden

Start Date: September 2026

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate continental chef with solid experience in handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced environment. You should possess strong knowledge of European/classical cooking techniques and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes even during busy services.

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the continental cuisine framework.
  • Take responsibility for the breakfast, lunch, and à la carte menus.
  • Ensure high hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Plan and prepare mise en place before service.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and high workload.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and restaurant management.
  • Contribute to reducing food waste and maintaining good cost control.
  • Introduce and support junior staff when needed.

🔹 Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a chef in continental cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of European cooking.
  • Experience from restaurants or hotels with a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Good command of English (Swedish is an advantage).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
