Position: Specialist Chef within Continental Cuisine focusing on European Gastronomy

🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate continental chef with solid experience in handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced environment. You should possess strong knowledge of European/classical cooking techniques and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes even during busy services.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the continental cuisine framework.
- Take responsibility for the breakfast, lunch, and à la carte menus.
- Ensure high hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Plan and prepare mise en place before service.
- Work efficiently under pressure and high workload.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and restaurant management.
- Contribute to reducing food waste and maintaining good cost control.
- Introduce and support junior staff when needed.
🔹 Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a chef in continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of European cooking.
- Experience from restaurants or hotels with a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Good command of English (Swedish is an advantage).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
